Mac ‘n Corn Casserole

To say our son, Maximus, is obsessed, is quite possibly the biggest understatement of the century. LOL

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked

8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed

1 can creamed corn

1 can corn, do not drain

½ cup butter, cubed

1/2-1 tsp onion powder

salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F

2. Mix all ingredients and add to nonstick baking dish (or spray with nonstick spray).

3. Cover dish tightly with foil

4. Bake 40 minutes.

5. Remove foil and mix well.

6. Return to oven and bake for additional 30 minutes until pasta is tender.

7. Enjoy!
