Disclaimer: She Blooms Flower Farm only offers tubers that have been grown on our farm and follow sanitation practices. As a small family farm, it is not financially sustainable for us to virus test our plants. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee plants to be virus free, as virus can also be spread through insects. We do take the utmost precautions to assure that, to our knowledge, all plants are healthy with weekly inspections and culling suspicious plants if necessary.
Tuber refund policy: We do not offer returns. All tubers are inspected for viability prior to the sale. Refunds will only be issued if a tuber arrives rotten or broken during transit, or is blind (meaning it has no viable eyes). We do our best to predict optimum temperatures prior to shipping. Please inspect all tubers as soon as they arrive and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. All sales are final.
